This is the blogging section of mattkidd.net. It is where I share my aspirations, thoughts, and frustrations. To begin with all the blogs written on this site have been written by myself, but I am making an appeal for material from others. I want as much variation as possible. Blogs on all sorts of subjects, from many different groups: People in recovery, Staff, Concerned others etc.

I thought I needed to write a blog about my hopes and aspirations in order to demonstrate just how positive and ambitious people in recovery can be. The blog also touches on people's varied reaction to this aspiration, which has ranged from fully supportive, through engouraging, humoring right the way through to hostile and/or dismissive.
